Bella Bling Giveaway!

How would you like to win one of the headbands or hair clips from my Bella Bling shop? Even if you don't have little girls, if you have a niece or a grand-daughter or even just a friend with a daughter this is for you, too! All you have to do is "steal" one of the buttons for my etsy shop, which are located on the left of this page under my pictures of the kids. You copy the code for the one you like best and go to your blog and click on "layout". Then you "add a gadget" and then click on "HTML/Java Script." When you do, it will open a little window. In the content box, you'll just paste the code into the box and hit "save". THAT'S IT!!! Then, leave a comment on my blog (on this post). On Saturday, I'll use the people who have put up a button and use random.org to pick a winner! I'll post a comment on your blog to let you know that you won and then we'll work out the details of what you would like from there!

8 people leaving some love!:

Yay! I tried to do the link but it wouldn't come up on my page. Maybe it's just me? I will try again later today. Love you!

Natale, I am so excited I haven't been able to look at your blog before (I forgot to follow through the link when you went private). But for some crazy reason I could today! I totally have your etsy shop on my blog, that is so cool that you do that!

I put a button on my blog--what a great idea! I'll have to try to make one for my etsy site.

I added a button. Thanks for telling me on FB. Since your blog is private I don't see when it's updated and I sometimes forget to check it. :(

Read your rant about homeschooling. I think it is a noble thing. We all have homeschool stereotypes, which is too bad, but I've known a bunch of homeschooled kids and they are all super smart, friendly, and NOT socially retarded. My brother's ex-wife's family (remember Sheldon Andrus) were all homeschooled until high school. They were all so smart and talented and friendly. it's a lot of work for you and a big leap of faith. Don't let naysayers get you down. We've heard tons of hurtful, uninformed things about adoption. It just gets frustrating.

I have a friend from college who does homeschooling and does the Thomas Jefferson Education approach. I don't know if you're interested in anything like that, but she has some fun posts on her blog and some book recommendations. Her blog is http://akallred.blogspot.com/

Just because it's right for your family doesn't mean it's right for everyone and you're not preaching it - I wish other people would realize that! Anyway, good luck. Keep us posted on Whitney's progress!
