Sigh. I saw a giveaway for a camera strap, and LOVED it! They are so dang cute! I was SOOO tempted to enter it. But, I've kind of given up on giveaways because my lucky stars never line up right...so I thought I'd just try to make my own. I mean, how hard could it be!?! It's all straight lines. Well...I failed. Miserably. I guess I'll just have to keep trying until I get it right. Isn't that what crafting is all about? If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Sigh.
I think someone should have a linky party called Failure Friday so that we could all link up our dud projects. Mine would be my attempt at Subway Art using scrapbook stickers. Wow, truly laughable.
ReplyDeleteI failed at my first few straps too. Keep trying they do get easier :)
ReplyDeleteSewing projects are definitely the hardest to do. Don't worry--you're still the flower making QUEEN! I love your new wreath!!!
